I am Dr. Catrese Alston, founder of The HeRStrength Experience, a nonprofit initiative helping women heal from trauma, abuse, loss, incarceration, illness, and life setbacks. I am a survivor of cancer, wrongful incarceration, sexual assault, domestic violence, and childhood loss. Through faith, healing, and leadership, I now serve women rebuilding their lives after trauma.”
